I Do.... #3 Miscellaneous

The other week I recently learned my sister is getting married! While I am excited to hear the news it also makes me sad. The thought of my sister moving on with her life with another person makes me feel as if I will get left behind. My sister and I are not only sisters but we are also best friends. Even though I have these sad feelings I cannot think of a better guy for her to get married too. The great part of this situation is my sister and her fiancés get along great with the family so it is only normal to welcome him into our family.

Since I am so close with my sister she thought it was only right to make me her Maid of Honor. I thought this sounded great at the time and would be easy. Now that days are going on I realized it will be a lot of work. Not only will I have to help her plan the wedding but I will have to plan bachelorette party, bridal shower, and do so many other things for her as well. Getting on the subject of the wedding being time consuming for me, it will also be expensive. I will have to put money into her parties, presents, and as well as buying my Maid of Honor dress. I guess I see all the negatives but overall this is an exciting time, my sister is getting married. So to make this a good experience for her I will go along with it, even if the bridezilla can come unleashed sometimes!
