10 Minute Writing #13

So today when watching the films in class all I thought about were people saying don’t play with your food. During the process of watching the art being created I realized it relates to the process of a paper being written. In the beginning of the film of the artist creating their picture I could not tell what he was making. This relates to researching for an essay, we have the material, but they are yet to show the product. Like the artist he had an idea in his head of what he was making, and this relates to us writing our essays. We have an idea what we are writing, but are yet to show everyone. The film also helped me to prove like making the art the essay takes time. I may have points in writing the paper where it is unclear, but with work it will eventually get there. Also using food as art material was such a different idea, and it made me realize there are so many different approaches in art. Like art writing can be the same, we don’t always have to use the same material. There are different ways of forming ideas by brainstorming. Not only can brainstorming be different, but there are different ways to write. The options are endless. Overall I was so happy we had a fun video to watch in class, and still learn. I am just so happy I seen that with everything has a process and it takes time to see the end product!
