I cannot wait for my class to be over! I am terrible at math, so I am not the type to enjoy my math class. To be a Physical Therapist Assistant I need to complete three math classes. I must say cannot wait for the moment when I do not need to take a math class. Right now we are leaning about factoring. I use to factor in high school, but it does not mean I enjoy it. When you have to factor it means you have to foil. If you know how to foil you know it is kind of time consuming. Once you learn how to factor it’s not too hard. The problem with my math class is the exams have too many different problems on them. I like to have the same types of problems so I know what I am doing. Other whys in my head the math test looks like a big blur. When it comes to numbers I do a great job at making myself believe I cannot do the problems. Although I do not like the class I feel like my teacher does a great job teaching us. She truly cares about us learning the material, and will work with us after class if we still need help. I guess sometimes we have to do things we do not want to do, but in the end it will better us as people. I do feel like my math skills have improved since high school, and I can thank my math teacher for this. At least with all of her help the next math class won’t be too hard. I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed!
